Positive: Very clean and had everything we could need in a good location

Beautiful property with excellent amenities! Positive: Loved the house! Loved all the pretty flowers and wall pictures, which made it very homely. The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything you could possibly need, as was the rest of the house. The parking spot right outside the front door was super convenient, as well as the Lidl supermarket opposite. As a single parent with a 19-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, it was ideal to have 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets; and spacious rooms. The communication from Premier Services was superb. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I would definitely stay here again. Negative: The 3 seater settee was really uncomfortable to sit on as it dipped in the middle. The majority of the house was super clean, but unfortunately, a few things let it down. The kitchen tops were sticky, and the pedal bin was dirty on the outside. The upright vacuum cleaner, which was full of hair/fluff, wasn't nice to see in one of the bedrooms. The wall sockets in 2 of the bedrooms were difficult to get to. These are, though, mostly minor issues which could easily be addressed.

2nd time I’ve stayed here and had really good communication from the team. Positive: Really good location. Feels secure. Very accommodating. Comfy beds. Well equipped. Negative: The sofa downstairs has seen better days.

Positive: 침실이 3개라 여유있게 지내기 좋았습니다. 그리고 대형마트가 집앞에 있어서 이용하기 편했습니다. Negative: 옷장안에 물건이 많아 옷장을 이용하기 불편했습니다.

Short stay to visit Alton Towers. Positive: Very clean and comfortable. We are travelling with a child with autism so the enclosed back garden was a real bonus. Washing machine and air fryer were very useful. Right across from Lidl. Leek is a beautiful town, very close for Alton Towers. Raging we weren’t staying longer.
